As a Growth Manager, you will support the Middle East Energy & Resources (E&R) Leader in strategic planning, marketing & communications, business development, and other strategic initiatives including:
Industry Planning
Plan, develop, drive and implement industry strategies and initiatives
Co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of multiple projects/ initiatives within the industry program; source relevant support across the organization including marketing, communications, events, knowledge management etc.
Maintain strong and effective relationships with regional and global industry stakeholders within the firm
Work with Service Line leaders to suggest forward-thinking ideas tailored for individual service line goals, including community events, labs, industry calls etc.
Key Accounts
Support Key Accounts growth; conduct industry market and client and account analysis
Coordinate activities for key clients
Support "must win" industry client pursuits
Support leaders to identify where cross service line opportunities exist within accounts, and then conduct follow up conversations with account Leaders/teams to establish next steps
Responsible for the preparation of material for account lead calls which include pipeline, year to date revenue and revenue against plan
Marketing & Communications
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan
Identify, support and monitor external eminence activities and thought leadership publications, Conferences/Sponsorships, Speaking opportunities
Source relevant content for the marketing team to use across all channels with emphasis on digital
Prepare industry internal communications
Reporting
Prepare and analyze industry revenue performance information
Develop and manage the multiple industry budgets and ensure appropriate reporting and flagging of discrepancies
Track and report industry opportunities
Responsible for the reporting of monthly performance documents which highlight revenue, account performance, and pipeline
Innovation / Community
Seek out opportunities to differentiate industry services through innovation and impact
Responsible for Industry community, including events, newsletters and industry learning etc.

Qualifications:
Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies
English language fluency required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives
Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
Proactive and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Possess strong project management and time management skills.
