The Director, Strategic Initiatives & Internal Communications contributes through a senior leadership role to the formulation and execution of the UCSF School of Dentistry (SOD) vision and strategic plan. This position serves as key strategist and advisor to the Dean and Associate Dean of Administration & Finance, Chief of Staff on matters of strategic planning, resource allocation, personnel, processes and policy, communication strategies, engagement planning, and is responsible for continuous and integrated improvements on all such matters.
