General Statement of Duties:
The MassLINKS ESOL Enrollment Advisor coordinates and delivers services supporting student success for the MassLinks Adult Education Online Academy. This position coordinates and delivers individualized, small, and large group activities supporting the enrollment functions of MassLinks. The MassLINKS ESOL Enrollment Advisor maintains knowledge of funder policies and procedures related to enrollment functions. This position also maintains knowledge of internal and external support services and fosters strong partnerships with colleagues and community partners to facilitate access to a broad network of support services that can support student success throughout the enrollment process for students interested in the MassLinks Adult Education Online Academy at MWCC. The ESOL Enrollment Advisor maintains specific program wide data management systems and performs other duties as assigned by the President's Designee in support of Student Success at the MassLinks Adult Education Online Academy at MWCC.
Responsibilities:
Implement communication and outreach plans in support of the enrollment goals of the MassLinks Adult Education Online Academy;
Support the effective and active management of the MassLINKS Waitlist within the LACES Data Management system;
Enter Placement Data into the LACES Data Management System in accordance with MassLINKS LACES Standard Operating Procedures;
Run reports identifying shared customers and priority populations within the LACES Data Management System;
Conduct targeted outreach and communications to specialized populations supporting access and enrollment efforts for priority populations;
Conduct pre-enrollment activities for priority student populations such as information sessions, technology assessment sessions, and enrollment support sessions;
Conduct pre-enrollment activities such as information sessions, technology assessment sessions, and intake and enrollment support sessions;
Monitor required intake and placement assessment forms to inform targeted outreach to students needing support completing enrollment steps at MassLINKS;
Support regular outreach to individuals and groups of individuals interested in enrollment in Adult Education programming at MassLinks. This outreach will be conducted remotely using phone and/or video conferencing technology (Zoom);
Support the active management of the technology inventory at the MassLINKS Adult Education Online Academy;
Monitor the MassLINKS Student Facing Website to ensure the proper functioning of website features and student access and support;
Collaborate with MWCC Marketing Department and MassLINKS Leadership to support the management and improvements of the MassLINKS Website.
Conduct follow-up communication with students after they have exited the program to support ongoing communication and support for exited students as well as data collection requirements of ACLS.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Social Welfare, Counseling, or closely related field;
Three (3) years experience and/or training that includes counseling, personal/academic advisement; non-traditional student interaction, welfare procedures, or program management; or
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Education or closely related field;
Experience developing/delivering outreach and communication plans;
Experience with web-based technology and communication tools Experience with shared document systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace for
Education, etc.);
Previous experience working with adult learners
