Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and two (2) years professional experience in counseling, advising, or a related field. A master's degree in a related field may be substituted for years of experience.
Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office software such as MS Office and electronic mail.
Requires a valid Ohio driver's license.
Requires a successful completion of a background check.
Demonstrated ability to:
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the public.
Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Interpret degree program requirements and assist students in the achievement of the requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Summary of Duties:
The College Credit Plus Enrollment Navigator serves as the primary college contact for K-12 partners, students, and parents participating in the College Credit Plus program within in an assigned territory. The CCP Enrollment Navigator guides students through the CCP application and enrollment processes and serves as the primary academic advisor to a caseload of students. This position supports continuation of high school partnerships and leads recruitment, admission, and matriculation efforts of CCP students in an assigned territory.
Location: Newark Work Hours: Regularly, 8:00 to 5:00, Monday-Friday. Evenings and weekends are required as necessary.Some travel may be required. Closing Date: 07/21/2023 Open Until Filled: No
