The anticipated start date for this position is August 2024.Summary of Position This position works with traditional and adult undergraduate students. The position provides culturally competent advising to Augsburg's diverse undergraduate students, with a full range of support including orientation, academic program planning, course selection, and registration. The position works to monitor student progress and suggests and connects students with appropriate student support team members when students encounter academic difficulties, working holistically with students on issues of the hidden curriculum and navigating college systems. The person will coordinate with other University departments regarding programs that
