Job Description Summary: The Spanish-speaking Student Recruiter will focus on recruiting and supporting prospective Spanish-speaking students through the onboarding and admissions process. The Spanish-speaking Student Recruiter will build partnerships with key external community contacts, like nonprofit leaders, relevant school system contacts, career and college counselors, employers, and faith-based organizations. They will identify and cultivate student prospects, applicants, and admitted Spanish-speaking students through direct communications, including in-person, phone, text, email, and the CRM system.
