USC Bovard College is seeking a Program Assistant to join the operations team. The primary role of the assistant will be to support the admissions function with coordinating prospective student outreach, data collection, and application processing, as well as providing process improvement project support. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to problem solve, think critically, and be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
This is a hybrid position that will work from home and in Bovard Colleges main office in Downtown LA.

Support the application completion process by coordinating with admissions advisors and the Graduate Admissions department to audit student records.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to keep up-to-date calendars and links for information sessions, holiday schedules, and outreach campaigns.
Provide administrative support for admissions outreach campaigns.
Assist with application file completion and packaging.
Manage the shared admissions email address, assigning messages to the appropriate advisor.
Provide meeting support, including taking meeting minutes and coordinating agendas as needed.
Assists with email communication to relevant stakeholders, including students and other USC departments.
Monitors the ticketing system and responds to inquiries or routes to the appropriate department.
Assist with data entry, coding, and admissions reporting.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.33 - $25.60.
