Senior executive leader responsible for assembling the best strategic partners and capabilities and to systematize/scale to achieve the mission. Has primary responsibility for successful implementation of the strategy and achievement of the business case, including oversight of operations across Navista and business lines directly or in partnership with other leaders.
The VP of Operations will be a seasoned leader and advisor, with proven experience partnering with clinicians in oncology and across multiple therapeutic areas. A key area of focus will be bringing to life the Navista Network through the execution of services. The VP, of Operations will need to be customer centric and able to work both upstream and downstream. The leader of operations will have a strong bias for action and process improvement. They will need to simultaneously build while delivering solutions and services to clinicians. Expertise will be needed in the following areas: Revenue Cycle Management, Value Based Care, payor relations, EMR, clinical operations, and awareness of regulatory environments.

Responsibilities
Implement healthcare technology and business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
Establish policies and procedures for work flow
Oversee operational performance of Navista
In partnership with the Navista Executive leadership team, ensure the Navista Network have the necessary tools and resources to maximize success
In collaboration with the leadership team own and execute on key strategies
Lead the implementation and onboarding of clinical practices
Development and execution of long- term growth initiatives
Lead by example, and develop a high-performance organization
Analyze and interpret data and metrics
Establish Key Performance indicators
Utilize technology and data analytics to measure and manage critical healthcare metrics
Take the lead in operationalizing expansion activities
Maintain relationships with partners and vendors
Ensure optimal service delivery processes in place and champion continuous improvement projects on your teams
Develops plans and models for lowering costs, improving processes, increasing efficiency and driving profitable growth to support strategic objectives at the business level.
Experience with clinical and non clinical recruitment for provider offices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, master in healthcare administration) preferred
Previous working experience in executive leadership roles for 10+ years in healthcare services related organizations, preferred
Previous experience leading multiple functions, at scale, within an organization
In-depth knowledge of clinical operations
Knowledge and implementation of regulatory requirements and laws that govern clinic activities
Superior knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Relevant experience in scaling a healthcare or related business
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Great communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
