Job Description: The Director of Student Services in the College of Arts & Sciences is responsible for developing and managing the Guarantee Plus Initiative in the college, providing education and training for faculty mentors, professional advisors, and success advisors in the college during the development and transition to the new general education model, and supervising practicum student(s) in the UGSA Office and from M.A. programs in College Student Personnel and Higher Education Administration at Ohio University. In addition, the Director assists with developing and enhancing advising, recruitment, and retention programs and the daily operations of the UGSA office and maintains an active student advising case
