We Offer Join us as a senior equity sales advisor within Market Solutions to provide advisory and execution on Equities and Equity Structured Products (OTC and Listed) to Relationship Managers (RMs), Investment Consultants (ICs) and Direct-Access-Clients (DACs). You will directly drive DAC revenue through close engagement with DAC-tagged clients, via providing tailor-made investment ideas, conducting portfolio reviews and preparing investment proposals. You will provide market intelligence, market updates and facilitate generation of equity ideas during team meetings. You will collaborate closely with PB and Global Markets Research to arrange analyst conference and create thematic trade ideas, content and promote EQ offerings and DAC service to facilitate sales efforts within APAC client segment. You Offer
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Relevant University or Graduate Degree is essential with a sharp analytical mind
At least 5-10 years of proven experience in equities, derivatives and/or have equity and/or research knowledge across HK/China and US sectors
Outstanding communication skills (orally and written) with business Mandarin (both oral and written) is a plus given the market focus
CFA, FRM, CAIA holders preferred
Being able to keep self-abreast with the latest developments in the financial markets at all times
Positive approach and outstanding relationship building skills
Proven ability in advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg skills. Ideally combined with knowledge on VBA and SQL too
