First Year Program Design & CoordinationDevelops strategies that engage new students and integrate new students into the Columbus State community. Coordinates, plans, supports and assists with the development of New Student Orientation sessions for traditionally-aged new students and families.Leads, develops and implements extended orientation experiences in conjunction with student leaders and in collaboration with various college partners. Plan and schedule workshops, programs and activities for first-year students.Assist colleagues in broader efforts to engage students in the college community and promote their success in order to support retention and completion. Prepares, compiles, and analyzes evaluations for new student programs and
