The purpose of Senior Registration and Records Associate position is to be responsible for maintaining accurate student records. This position is part of a cross functional team providing a high level of academic support services to a variety of populations, including students, advisors, and administrative offices to resolve registration, waitlist, and grading questions and concerns.

This is accomplished by analyzing situations, facts, and information from a wide variety of sources to serve various constituents and being able to utilize specific knowledge of related regulations to interpret and clarify policies and procedures which impact student records. The position is responsible for managing registration and record keeping for special population(s) as assigned, regularly handle confidential and sensitive student records and academic performance information, and is responsible for creating and updating process documentation, and unit communications, and compiling reports for Enrollment Management. The incumbent must be detail-oriented and have excellent customer relations skills, and be dedicated to providing consistent, high-quality service to meet operational needs. This position will be evaluated on meeting broad unit objectives and goals and will be granted wide latitude for independent judgement, decision making, and problem solving.
