We are currently seeking an SAP Ariba Functional Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management Team. Zions Supply Chain Management team serves the needs of the Bank and its stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a supplier relationship, including sourcing, risk, contracting, and purchasing. We seek to help the company create value by acting as a trusted advisor for the lines of business and executive management that we support, as well as safeguarding the Bank's risks associated with suppliers. This is accomplished through fulfillment of our sourcing, legal, and risk responsibilities.
The successful candidate must have experience configuring and supporting SAP Ariba applications in both functional and administrative roles. The successful candidate has proven analytical thinking, attention to detail, experience in automation, and exceptional organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Solutions is mandatory (SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, Invoicing, and Ariba Network)
Experience resolving problems working with Ariba (SAP) through Service Requests ERP knowledge and Financial Institution experience preferred
Knowledge and experience in the following applications are nice to have: Oracle EBS, RSA Archer, Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath StudioX
Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites
Experience automating workflows, building automation with low-code and no-code solutions
Understand new business requirements, design, propose and implement Ariba centric solutions including process changes
Experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting Ariba solutions
Organizational and multi-tasking skills, advance planning and time management skills are a must
Ability to document all processes, templates, and steps
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree
4+ years experience in project management processes, methodologies and tools, resource and changes management practices and techniques or other directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Working knowledge of project management including scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management
Experience in solution identification and assessment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
Excellent technical and non-technical presentation skills, both written and verbal
Pay Range:
Salary range depending on experience and location $85,000 to $110,000.
