The Assistant Director for WINS Partnerships manages essential areas in Office of Study Abroad relating to the Webster International Network of Schools (WINS) at Webster University, including WINS student recruitment, marketing, advertising, and advising. The Assistant Director for WINS Partnerships engages with WINS and Visiting institutions to facilitate a seamless study abroad experience at Webster. In this role, the Assistant Director is expected to work closely with a range of key stakeholders to help the WINS program flourish, including study abroad offices at WINS partner institutions and prospective partners at visiting (non-WINS) institutions, Webster academic and enrollment management units, marketing and recruitment specialists, the Webster Division of Global Education leadership team, as well as international campus staff. This work requires excellent communication, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the study abroad field.
The Assistant Director for WINS Partnerships is responsible for various WINS initiatives and contributes to improving work processes within the Office of Study Abroad to achieve divisional goals and objectives. The Assistant Director should demonstrate leadership and advanced analytical skills when addressing problems and help with training and mentoring less experienced team members (Study Abroad Advisor, Department Representative, Office Assistants, Peer Ambassadors). The Assistant Director operates with autonomy to organize their time and manage their projects to meet office and program deadlines. Works independently under general supervision. The position reports to the Director of Study Abroad in the Office of Study Abroad.

Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with stakeholders, proven results of relationships
Ability to manage time, details, and projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including skills in presenting to a variety of audiences and in writing briefings and proposals
Knowledge of study abroad rules, regulations and best practices and experience in developing and operationalizing policies and processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities
Ability and willingness to travel.
International orientation and sensitivity to foreign cultures.
Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and meeting goals, including enrollment goals.
Experience working across university units, including academic units, academic support, student affairs, finance, financial aid, and marketing

Knowledge of programs such as: CARS (CX), Concur expense management system, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe InDesign, and other website creation software.
Master's degree; supplemented with at least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience dealing with international programs, international study experience, partner relations, and student recruitment.
