Job Duties: The College of Engineering and Technology (CET) Student Success Center (SSC) will employ an Associate Director (AD) for Marketing, Outreach, Recruiting, and Engagement (MORE) reporting to the SSC's Executive Director. In collaboration with department faculty and staff, the AD will lead and coordinate the College's academic degree program marketing, outreach activities and undergraduate recruiting efforts, collectively branded as the SSC Pathway Program. The AD will supervise a team of pathway program coordinators to help departments and the college to achieve their goals for prospective student engagement and new student enrollment. The AD will serve
