Under the supervision of the Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Enrollment, the Director of Transfer Admission and Enrollment Services is responsible for leading programs and initiatives within Enrollment Management, collaborating across the institution, and with external partners/stakeholders, to create partnerships and systems that best support transfer students both as incoming students, as well as during their enrollment at LMU. In addition to providing direction and leadership for the recruitment and enrollment of transfer students, this position will support Enrollment Management's retention efforts and oversee the department's efforts related to supporting students returning from leave or readmission to the University.
