ALEX advisors guide students as they navigate multiple learning pathways. Using a holistic anddevelopmental approach, mentors assist students and connect them with resources as they explorepossibilities, set goals and priorities, make informed decisions, integrate their curricular and experientiallearning, and reflect on their growth.
