Description: The Talent Solutions Manager provides leadership for a team of five professionals and specialist who manage the university's recruitment, selection, and pre-employment processes for all permanent (non-faculty), temporary, and student employees. The Manager leads the staff in overseeing training and orientation on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to campus managers engaged in the process of hiring employees in these classifications.
