Learn more at www.multicarejobs.orgPosition Summary:The Co-Responder position is a Designated Crisis Responder that is embedded with the Pierce County Sheriff's Department (PCSD) and is part of the Mobile Outreach Crisis Team. The Co-Responders are a resource for Law Enforcement (LE) to utilize when responding to calls with a mental health component to it. The incumbent performs crisis intervention to reduce hospitalizations, and effectively link consumers with on-going mental support services; conducts involuntary commitment evaluations and revocations in accordance with department policies
