Summary   We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the laboratory of Irina Petrache, MD, in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine, Department of Medicine at National Jewish Health, in Denver, CO.  Our research focuses on mechanisms of lung injury and repair in the pathogenesis of lung diseases. Our goal is to identify therapeutic targets for diseases caused by exposures to cigarette smoke, vaping, and respiratory viral infections, such as COPD/emphysema, pulmonary hypertension, and ARDS.
