Position Summary The MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a dynamic team member to provide executive assistance and support to the Senior Associate Dean of Admissions & Student Affairs (ASA). The successful candidate will assist Senior Associate Dean by managing schedules and calendars; provide a superior experience to students and other stakeholders; ensure appointments, meetings, and office functions are accurate and appropriate; maintain sound judgment and strict confidentiality; assist with preparation, notes, and materials for designated meetings, events and committees, including the College’s Common Ground Professionalism Initiative (CGPI); screen sensitive information and interpret university policies in order to guide CGPI action; monitor departmental operatio
