West Nottingham Academy is seeking a High School Counselor for the 2023-2024 School Year.  As the School Counselor, this individual will work with students to help develop a plan to navigate life’s daily challenges, respond to situations, and refer out when indicated. To achieve this, the School Counselor meets students on an individual basis, as well as in a group setting, while also collaborating closely with the School Nurse, the Dean of Students, and the Head of School when appropriate. Please note that this position does NOT include College Counseling responsibilities.   Primary Responsibilities Serves as the main mental wellness liaison for students, parents, teachers, administrators, and outside clinicians
