Under the direction of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, this position plans, develops, implements, and directs the daily functions of all departments/units in the College. Additional duties include providing financial strategies to enhance the financial and academic standing of the College; prioritizing, preparing, internally auditing, and supervising the allocation of an annual budget greater than $20 Million; overseeing personnel and all facets of departmental/unit business offices; managing financial transactions, endowments, and other foundation accounts; and maintaining an ongoing analysis of the proportionally growing capital needs of the College.
