Job Summary: The Dean for the Neeley School of Business is responsible for providing thoughtful and innovative leadership in the areas of strategic and visionary long-range planning, budgetary management, personnel selection and evaluation, programmatic and curriculum review and development, assessment, development of financial resources including external fundraising and research grants, facilitates the teacher-scholar model and desired student outcomes and represents the college effectively within the University and the larger community, at the local and national level.
