Community Directors serve as the lead educator for students in the community and are designated as managers of their communities; including facilities operations, budget management, student conduct, and crisis management. Community Directors assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intentional learning opportunities in the community to meet the developmental needs and learning objectives of students and staff.
