The Benefits Specialist, University Health System provides expertise and program management for all employees around health and voluntary plan benefits​. This role will support administration and overall operation of benefits programs specific to the health system population, and coordinate with external vendors and brokers as needed to support enrollment and processing. Additional responsibilities include facilitating new hire orientation and open enrollment sessions, maintaining standard operating procedures, partnering on labor initiatives relative to benefit programs, and generating reports to analyze trends and suggest administrative and operational improvements. An ideal candidate for this role will bring excellent customer
