The Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration is responsible for the daily operations and planning of the budgets and finances, human resources, and administrative functions for the School of Social Work. The Assistant Dean is a key member of the school's senior leadership team, providing strategic planning on the impact of major initiatives, financial resource allocation decisions, and contingency planning on the budget, organizational structure, and facilities. This position serves as the primary liaison between the SSW and the University's central offices, including Finance, Human Resources, Budget, Development & Alumni Relations, Campus Planning & Operations, and Information Services & Technology.
