Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes to assigned programs that have a broad and complex portfolio of business, by partnering with assigned hiring managers/supervisors
Leverage talent acquisition performance metrics to set and achieve goals, hold self and hiring managers accountable, improve effectiveness, and drive strategic planning
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and/or optimization
Champion equity, innovation, and engagement in the recruitment and hiring process.
Our Talent Acquisition Consultant (HRC 3) provides full-lifecycle recruitment and hiring expertise and services to hiring managers, supervisors, and agency leadership.
The incumbent may be located anywhere within the State of Washington. Telework (mobile work) is currently expected. When approved, the incumbent will work with their supervisor to identify an appropriate work schedule and balance, including telework and reporting to the Tumwater duty station for work activities, if needed.

Required Qualifications.
Option 1: Five (5) or more years of experience providing full-lifecycle talent acquisition services. (Experience outlined in Option 1 may have been gained through lived, volunteer, professional, or a combination of experiences. If selecting this option, please ensure the experience is outlined in your cover letter, resume, and/or applicant profile.)
Option 2: Three (3) or more years of professional-level human resource experience relating to full-lifecycle talent acquisition services within a Washington State Government Agency. (Professional-level experience is defined at the HRC 2 level or above, or equivalent.)
AND,
Demonstrated experience in the following:
Developing and delivering talent acquisition strategies.
Assessing applicants on qualifications and/or applicant profiles.
Using NEOGOV or another similar applicant tracking system (ATS).
Creating and using data analytics to create reports and recommend outreach, networking, and sourcing needs.
Intermediate-level experience using MS Word to create, format, and edit tables, columns, and charts; import data and sort table data; insert and format sections, create headers and footers.
Using MS Outlook to compose, send, and respond to e-mails, and utilize program functions to coordinate schedules and schedule meetings.
