Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of office support experience of increasing responsibility or combination of experience, specialized training, and higher education equal to six years.Comprehensive knowledge of office procedures and practices, and management/administrative principles, practices, methods, and techniques.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with UNH and PAUL administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, legislators, and key external stakeholders.Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and as a team player, in a fast- paced professional environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.High degree of personal discretion, diplomacy, and judgment. Tact and skill in dealing with others.Comprehensive computer skills including but not limited to MS Office suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively perceive and appropriately triage requests for the Dean’s time/attention.Budget/financial accounting and record keeping experience using excel.
