Shareholder Services - Supports professional and management staff by providing data related to financial transactions, account information and transaction processing to be used in responses to client inquiries on a daily basis.
Client Processing - Under direct supervision, performs basic third-party reviews of manually processed work to check for accuracy. Documents reviewed are a small selection of manually processed work from one group within the Bank and content is generally homogenous.
Processes updates to shareholder accounts.
Under direct supervision, assists professional and management staff by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding fund information, services and procedures. Responses are fast, efficient and accurate, and are verified by more senior team members.
Provides basic technical assistance to shareholders and assists in responding to straightforward inquiries.
Corrects straightforward errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures.
Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
No direct reports. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
Assists with the review of third party documents and checks to see if processors followed established procedures, made no contractual breaches and took no unnecessary risks. Confirms findings with more senior team members. Searches for fail points in processes and reports on findings to more senior team members.
Assists with quarterly status reports (red, amber, green) on quality of service provided to clients. No direct reports. Impact is related to own work.
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
1-2 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in the mutual fund industry preferred.
Experience with processing systems including Workflow Manager and Image preferred.
Experience in financial services preferred.
