Wright State University seeks a competent leader of character to join our vibrant community as Dean of the Raj Soin College of Business (RSCoB). The next Dean will be committed to leading the advancement and ongoing success of one of the area's most accessible colleges. Located in Dayton, Ohio, known for its long history of innovation, the RSCoB is recognized for providing a high-quality educational experience at a lower tuition rate compared to other leading Ohio schools. In recent years, we have further strengthened our reputation through excellent faculty recruitment and research, online offerings, maintaining three accreditations, innovative joint-degree programs, and flourishing industry partnerships.
The next Dean of the RSCoB will lead the college with dynamic and visionary leadership to achieve our mission of enabling our students and regional business stakeholders to discover, develop, and realize their highest potential through our teaching, research, and outreach efforts. The Dean must be prepared to support varied undergraduate and Masters-level programs, lead a diverse faculty, and both uphold existing collaborative partnerships while simultaneously developing new ones across the university and the community. This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative and energetic individual who will be well supported in leading a college aligned with the university's mission of integrating learning, research, innovation, and experience to empower all students to excel in their lives and chosen careers. The Dean serves as principal officer for the college and represents it in a wide range of settings with different stakeholder groups.
