Alumnae Relations & Development
The Advancement Services Project Manager will report to the AVP for Advancement Operations and coordinate the Alumnae Relations & Development department aspects of all data and technology related projects.This role will partner closely with the Associate Director of Advancement Services and the AVP for Advancement Operations to ensure all data and technology related projects are carefully monitored and managed.This limited term position will focus on the system conversion from Banner Advancement to Salesforce.This role will also support tracking of break/fix issues, stabilization period issues with new software, data warehouse needs, and system conversion related report conversion work.The breadth and depth of project management involvement for each project will vary based on what other institutional resources are available.

Project Management (95%)
The Advancement Services Project Manager will maintain a master list of ongoing and pending data and technology projects, providing regular status updates.For fully Alumnae Relations & Development Department (ARD) projects, this role will: create & manage project plans, define project schedules, suggest resources and monitor progress, make sure the project team is clear on objectives, lead issue identification and resolution, manage risk tracking process, monitor and help coordinate project scope, manage all project documentation, and support project communication needs.For Information Technology Services (ITS) led projects, this role will coordinate with the ITS and/or vendor project management leads and ensure key issues are effectively tracked and ARD resources in place and deployed effectively.Simultaneous work on multiple projects will be the norm.Use of a variety of project management systems and tools is expected.

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
PMP or other Project Management Certifications preferred.
Working knowledge of the agile methodology a plus.
