Provide strategic leadership to a team of digital product owners in Service and Operations to transform and deliver a modern advisor digital service through business management, operations management, and technology management, including definition and structuring of strategic, cross organizational,
transformational change initiatives. Lead a high performing digital organization focused on enabling best in class digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure strategic, cross organizational, transformational change initiatives.
• Influence and guide other leaders by using technical, market and industry expertise to drive a competitive digital experience.
• Translate business needs and strategy into short and long-term strategies.
• Position requires critical relationship building and influencing skills.
• Define and implement investment agenda focused on delivering strategic digital experience road map, lead end to end strategy for digital service experience for advisors, set vision, direction, and strategy for digital practice, and build best in class digital product ownership and user experience design.
• Lead key digital projects from concept through launch, ensuring exceptional communication throughout the process on budget, prioritizing, and timelines.
• Ensure that projects/program planning, and management processes properly define the change management expectations from project teams.
• Provide people leadership through effective coaching, feedback, and sound performance management practices.
• Act as champion for the team and intervene on matters that create roadblocks to individual or organizational success.
• Drive a culture of successful communication, agility, stakeholder engagement, and active leadership support to deliver on overall service and support levels.
• Serve as engagement point for key stakeholders and partner leaders, ensuring they remain informed and updated on progress of strategic projects, goals, and key information.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and significant project management skills, including cross functional projects with complex ambiguity.
• Demonstrated experience with finance, operations, and technology with ability to navigate within the firm.
• Ability to identify and resolve/mitigate issues or risks associated with projects.
• Prior management and leadership skills required. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale project initiatives to successful completion and implementation.
• Strong relationship building skills; highly effective communication skills that include ability to influence others to achieve results.
• Series 99 registration and/or ability to obtain upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Series 7 license and/or ability to obtain upon hire.
