Articulates admissions policies and procedures to students, parents and counselors. Participates in University undergraduate admission recruitment activities, including college day/night programs, individual visits to post-secondary institutions, alumni meetings, and campus tour visitations.

The primary function of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is to identify, attract, and enroll first year and transfer students with outstanding academic ability and potential.

One or more years experience in Admissions or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the Minimum Admission Requirements as outlined by the University of North Carolina System. Other preferred skills include an advance proficiency/knowledge of Admission Pros recruitment software.
