Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center has openings for genetic counselors in the Division of Human Genetics. We are a growing team of more than 25 genetic counselors who are active in patient care, research, education and leadership. We are seeking genetic counselors to join our expanding clinical programs including prenatal, general genetics, pediatric oncology and specialty clinics. Additional opportunities include roles in program development, clinical research coordination for complex gene therapy trials, and laboratory genetic counseling and leadership. Roles and responsibilities will be tailored to the career interests and experience of the applicant.  Our team also participates in education and training of future genetics professionals. A master’s degree from an ABGC-accredited genetic counseling training program, and certification or eligibility for certification by ABGC are required. Candidates will be required to apply for Ohio licensure.  Experienced genetic counselors and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
