Part-time - 20 hours per week

To provide an extraordinary client experience to all those who call and/or visit the office. To provide support in all administrative and client service functions of the business.

Responsibilities

Job Overview Tactical

• Greet clients
• Answer phones, transfer calls and take messages
• File and scan documents
• Maintain client files
• Process, check and distribute mail
• Maintain office and facilities
• Prepare appointment preparation materials for all appointments
• Enter data into Money Guide Pro or other software as requested
• Maintain client contact data in CRM. Prepare monthly reports and contact clients to schedule appointments per CRM schedule.
• Shred documents as requested

Assist Client Service Specialist and Advisor

• Call clients to confirm appointments
• Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
• Document client contacts\calls
• Schedule client appointments
• Prepare Advisor's monthly compliance and send to RP
• Document processing, submission, and follow-up
• Prepare monthly letters and general client correspondence as requested by Advisor
• Assist with client events as requested

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Direct attention to detail and organization
• Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
• Effective and efficient time management
• Polite and clear phone manner
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and the FINRA
• Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
