Reporting to the Director of the Accessible Education Center (AEC) and receiving work lead direction from the Autism Services Counselor/Coordinator, the Program Support Specialist (PSS) works independently within established guidelines using knowledge and judgment to apply existing procedures to assists AEC counselors in providing the implementation and delivery of prescribed accommodations, services, and auxiliary aids; with a focus on accessible furniture. The PSS provides administrative support to the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) program and supports activities related to departmental budget tracking, front office coordination and support, ordering and maintaining office supplies.
