This position reports to the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment. Responsibilities include:manages in-person and virtual recruitment, an extensive marketing campaign, and a comprehensive communication plan, coordinates admissions and program specific information sessions and application assist days, provides one-on-one graduate admissions advisement to prospective students, applicants and admitted students.
Oversee Graduate Admissions Communications and Marketing including:
Update website and marketing materials
Coordinate marketing campaign
Communicate with prospective students, applicants, and current students via email, text message, and robo-calls regarding the application, admissions, and enrollment processesCoordinate Graduate Recruitment including:
Represent Lehman College during virtual, on- and off-campus events to prospective students
Organize and implement on-campus graduate admissions events including open houses and information sessions and application assist days (in-person and virtual)
Provide pre-admissions and one-to-one admissions counseling for applicants. Provide telephone and virtual counseling and assist with high volume phone callsAssist with managing Campus Management Connect (CRM) and ApplyYourself (online graduate application) including:
Update and manage ApplyYourself decision letters
Create and update communication plan(s)
Coordinate and organize registration for events on Events & Interviews
