POSITION DETAILS

This position reports to the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment. Responsibilities include:manages in-person and virtual recruitment, an extensive marketing campaign, and a comprehensive communication plan, coordinates admissions and program specific information sessions and application assist days, provides one-on-one graduate admissions advisement to prospective students, applicants and admitted students.

Oversee Graduate Admissions Communications and Marketing including:

• Update website and marketing materials
• Coordinate marketing campaign
• Communicate with prospective students, applicants, and current students via email, text message, and robo-calls regarding the application, admissions, and enrollment processesCoordinate Graduate Recruitment including:
• Represent Lehman College during virtual, on- and off-campus events to prospective students
• Organize and implement on-campus graduate admissions events including open houses and information sessions and application assist days (in-person and virtual)
• Provide pre-admissions and one-to-one admissions counseling for applicants. Provide telephone and virtual counseling and assist with high volume phone callsAssist with managing Campus Management Connect (CRM) and ApplyYourself (online graduate application) including:
• Update and manage ApplyYourself decision letters
• Create and update communication plan(s)
• Coordinate and organize registration for events on Events & Interviews

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor???s degree required with at least one year of admissions advising and outreach experience, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM and student management systemsCandidates will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Exemption (medical or religious) requests to this requirement will be considered in accordance with applicable law. Being fully vaccinated is defined for this purpose as being at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen. Final candidates must be fully vaccinated as of their first day of employment.

Salary commensurate with education and experience. $$46,903.00 - $48,960.00
