St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Senior Advisor, Consumer and Market Analytics to join our Consumer Access Experience Team.
Under minimal supervision, the Senior Advisor, Consumer and Market Analytics is responsible for facilitating the design of new products/services by providing insight, design services, and implementation support to advance St. Luke's competitive market position. With a focus on analytics, this role will utilize advanced methodologies and techniques to gain credible consumer insight to advance St. Luke's competitive position in alignment with localized market climates.
Collaborates with members of the Consumer Experience and the Product Development team to create a pipeline and roadmap of new/evolved consumer products and services.
Develops a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and market trends and drives personalization / differentiation tactical efforts, influencing decision making within senior-level audiences and building consensus among cross-functional teams.
Quantifies Idaho healthcare landscape, and market trends by gathering, relating, and identifying data to test and validate observational analysis and consumer hypotheses.
Drives identification, implementation and/or integration of analytic methods and assessments of tools necessary to advance understanding of consumer behavior, healthcare consumer product development and healthcare consumer product performance.
Provides consultation to stakeholders requiring the application of advanced problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage through complex situations. Referring only the most complex situations to senior leadership.
Develops and implements strategic analytic approaches to identify and develop business opportunities and partnerships that sustain and advance St. Luke's competitive market position.
Supports the identification, development and execution of business development opportunities and partnerships that will help advance St. Luke's mission through the application of appropriate objective analysis.
Utilizes product design (UX, UI, UXD) methodologies to innovate the overall consumer experience.
Informs healthcare consumer product development through the preparation of written, nontechnical reports for management, indicating solution or range of possible alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success.
Facilitates analytical/insight tools supporting consumer research that identifies consumer needs. Translates conceptual consumer needs into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to project teams to influence change.
Develops and maintains quantitative models for identifying and analyzing and trending consumer behavior across consumer segments.
Coordinates with internal and external data stewards (e.g., Data and Analytics, Finance, HR, consulting parties, etc.) to understand data definitions, availability and integration of key insight generating data, including driving the development of data definitions, and potential applications in supporting consumer and market insight development.
Leads exploration into integrated data sets to identify unique insights and opportunities to advance consumer loyalty.
Manages through highly complex situations to interpret results and communicate them into feasible options to internal/external stakeholders.
Prepares reports for distribution to stakeholders including, but not limited to, board of directors, executive leadership, cross-functional governance committees, etc. recommending solutions and/or actions that maintain alignment with system mission and vision.
Contributes to strategic decision making and risk management by constructively challenging business decisions and conventional ways of thinking that may be in opposition to consumer research data.
Assists in the development of short-and long-term product/service design and test of change roadmaps.
Facilitates design sessions with key stakeholders to understand consumer insight, deliver a differentiated experience, and deploy tests of change within a continuous learning cycle.
Serve as a subject matter expert, decision maker and key team member in projects. Supports progress to accomplish project milestones ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
Reviews the work team members produce and provides direction and training as necessary.
Collaborates cross-functionally to coordinate overall consumer experience design and delivery approaches among various internal teams and stakeholders.
Responsible for full employment life cycle for staff to include hiring, termination, performance management, coaching, training, and mentoring to staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree; advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Sciences or related field Preferred
Experience: 6 years of experience
