This individual will be responsible for providing support in building training and communication strategies and executing tactics to drive field adoption of Ameriprise CRM. This role supports all platforms including AAG, AFG, and AFIG as well as addressing needs for field leaders and field facing resources in addition to advisors/AFAs, practice operations, and staff.
If you are not located to a physical office, remote work is considered for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities - Act as a champion for Ameriprise CRM with field and corporate audiences.
- Meet quality, schedule, milestone, and budget commitments. Manage expectations, scope, risk and changes. Develop and maintain a work plan at the required level of detail which indicates the key dependencies, resources, the time-frame for completion of the program and the key deliverables.
- Partner with the AWM Learning and Development team on a training plan that drives adoption.
- Write and conduct training for field and corporate users, ranging from small groups to national audiences.
- Act as the train the trainer for those who use Ameriprise CRM in their day-to-day jobs (ABDG, Installation Manager, APTC, FCs, Marketing) in the context of our shared goals.
- Partner with the Corporate Communications team to create compelling field messaging tailored to specific field audiences.
- Serve as conference and event presence as needed, e.g. staff field learning labs and marketplace events.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in training and general presentation skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaborative skills to build and maintain relationships across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, team environment.
- Strong executional skills - attention to detail, organization, follow-through.
- Proven ability to lead, build, influence and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to drive initiatives.
- Flexibility and desire to learn new skills as priorities shift to meet the needs of the business.
Preferred Qualifications - Ameriprise CRM or Salesforce experience
- Current or previous Ameriprise experience
- Prior experience in a field-facing role
