This individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance across Ameriprise on CRM best practices. This involves building and sustaining relationships with internal business partners to effectively integrate CRM into their implementation efforts as well as ensure success of those that are CRM lead.
Responsibilities ??? Manage larger, ongoing programs execution delivery to meet quality, schedule, milestone and budget commitments. Manage program expectations, scope, risk and changes. Develop and maintain work plans at the required level of detail which indicates the key dependencies, resources, the timeframe for completion of the project and the key deliverables.
??? Ensure the goals, metrics, and objectives of CRM are understood across the organization and requests from others to integrate or build in CRM fall within. Raise awareness to leaders where the objectives diverge.
??? Ensure CRM best practices and workflow are appropriately and accurately represented in coaching programs. Serve as a single point of contact for business partners who rely on CRM to successfully complete their jobs including answering "how to" questions and integrating their feedback in the CRM roadmap.
??? Accountable for continual tracking and analysis of adoption and contact performance against goals ensure success. Support business partners' data and analytic needs by solutioning appropriate measurement(s).
??? Conduct periodic briefings/status updating executive sponsors and program steering committee. Escalate concerns to leaders and executive sponsors as necessary.
??? Provide direct people leadership to coordinator on the team, including regular 1:1s and quarterly reviews.
Required Qualifications ??? Ability to relate well at all levels of the organization, building rapport and maintaining collaborative relationships.
??? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including networking, conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing.
??? Proven ability to lead, build, influence and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to drive initiatives.
??? Successful track record of delivering cross-organizational projects that meet business objectives as well as time, budget and quality guidelines.
??? Demonstrated analysis skills including ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into business, functional, or test requirements.
??? Flexibility and desire to learn new skills as priorities shift to meet the needs of the business.
Preferred Qualifications ??? Understanding of Ameriprise and field structure.
??? Knowledge of CRM software.
??? Prior experience with leadership.
