Work you'll do
Serve as liaison between the business and other external business partners to manage the coordination of configuration, development of business process, enhancements, and stabilization of business systems.
Collaborate with the account team and help grow a portfolio of business, specifically focused on Transportation.
Lead team in development of quantitative and/or qualitative analysis (e.g., claims data analysis, market research data) to drive meaningful insights for our federal clients' biggest challenges.
Develop work plans for strategic engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope.
Shape the intellectual agenda of the strategic solution, including design and present deliverable content to reflect the engagement contract and client needs.
Strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results, leverage Deloitte's broad set of advisors to refine and improve insights.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
At least ten (10) years of experience leading project delivery, strategy, and capture efforts in the State and Local Government sector.
At least five (5) years of experience in a team lead or project lead role supporting business development.
Expert-level knowledge in Transportation and Infrastructure policies and programs with experience leading challenging initiatives and projects.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Travel up to 25%.
Preferred:
Prior work experience in the consulting industry is highly desired.
