Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Additional Experience, Considered A Plus:
- This role is vital in leading and enabling Business Intelligence tools like SAS, SAP BO, and Power BI, develop architecture blueprints and realistic roadmaps for FedEx enterprise. This role is responsible for consulting, and adoption of an overall BI tools and ensures that the solution meets the customer's needs now and in the future. This role is critical for building and establishing Center of Excellence and Community of Practice to support the enterprise BI tools and various OpCo's.
- Minimum of 6+ years' experience administering the SAS environment and Serve as a lead to help and guide SAS team.
- Minimum of 6+ years' experience administering the SAP BO environment and Serve as a lead to help and guide SAP BO team.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience administering the Power BI environment and Serve as a lead to help and guide Power BI community.
- Should have good Knowledge on SAS Grid and SAS Viya environments.
- Experience with SAS Environment Manager, SAS Grid Manager, SASGSUB, SAS Grid Management Services, LSF Process Manager, Platform RTM, Starting and stopping servers.
- Serve as a lead to help and guide teams across FedEx to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent).
- Be responsible for handholding, enabling and nurturing business partners to be successful with Power Platform implementations by established a right Governance model (policies, guardrails, standards, and templates).
- Play a vital role in leading and enabling Business Intelligence tools like SAS, SAP BO and Power BI.
- Develop architecture blueprints and realistic roadmaps at enterprise scale for different BI tools.
- This role is responsible for consulting, and adoption of an overall BI tools and ensures that the solution meets the customer's needs now and in the future.
- This role is also critical for building and establishing Center of Excellence and Community of Practice to support the enterprise BI tools and various OpCo's.
