The MHS Engineering Management Support Services (EMSS) Deloitte team provides acquisition and program management support for EMSS - a worldwide program to manage the electronic health record (EHR) for the warfighter. EMSS EA seeks to achieve integration, interoperability, transparency into infrastructure footprint to reduce costs and maintenance for MHS. An IT practitioner is needed to
Work side-by-side with the existing team of Engineers, Architects and Cyber team supporting the Engineering Management Support Services, senior advisors, and staff as they continue to roll-out modernizations to current programs, manage integration of the new EHR while maintaining sustainability with the legacy EHR program.
Work frequently and closely with senior leaders in the Government, as well as with the SDD support contractors on Architecture related items, (e.g., interfaces, data exchanges, hardware, software, IT asset management, configuration management, coordination of roles and responsibilities, stakeholder management, and communication management).
Develop various dashboards and infographics around System purpose, common uses, functions and interfaces, stakeholders who leverage for ease of communication to Executive Leadership and decision makers.
Support strategic planning and implementation efforts for Agile and City Plan for infrastructure optimization and create templates and best practices for "institutionalizing" EA as a best practice (which could also include business process improvement / reengineering).
