The Operations role operates within Wealth Management, Equitable Advisors channel to provide sales support and programs tailored to top sales producers. As a Remote Advice organization, this team exclusively interacts with sales producers across the United States via phone, email and other cutting-edge digital tools, seeking to drive best-in-class client experiences, regardless of a client's affluence or likelihood for new investments.
Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
Manage a unique program (i.e., equity letter contract amendment) offered to qualified top sales producers
Drive changes to contract amendment & service agreements with legal/compliance as needed
Establish qualification criteria for candidate offerings
Provide education to sales professionals, field management and complex/branch operations, and assist Equitable legal team as needed for arbitrations, etc.
Equitable liaison to external broker dealers for implementing service agreements
Drive project to streamline and improve the program's efficiency
Equitable Agent Reinsurance Company (EARC) Annual Shareholder & Best Practices Meeting
Manage program development in conjunction with EARC programming committee
Liaison with all speakers including Senior Equitable executives, sales professionals, and external industry leaders
Program offers Continuing Education (CE) credits. Manage CE process with outside vendor (Quest

5+ years experience in operations or related industry experience
2+ years Project Management experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Advanced in MS Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Power Point and Presentation experience
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Being able to plan and organize with people at all levels of the organization is critical to success.
Ability for foster relationships with top sales producers
Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions that drive out of the box ideas - appreciate and embraces change
Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Able to facilitate meetings and enable discussion that leads to resolution and communicate results to management

Adept at multi-tasking, have unquestionable integrity, with an uncompromising commitment to quality and superb attention to detail
Ability to travel to producer training/best practice meetings and sales conference locations
