The Director, Global Business Advisory, is a key member of the Consumer Operations Planning + Services organization, and a part of the team advising on Brand, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Strategy, Loyalty, Partnerships, and Emerging Business strategies. The Director will have a particular focus on driving key prioritized growth initiatives, as well as supporting Consumer Operations strategic planning efforts. As a result, the Director will lead key initiatives and programs, while also providing support to a Senior Director or a Vice President on more complex platforms and projects. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking skills, a proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, as well as a willingness to be tested on difficult and ambiguous projects and initiatives.
Functions as an Advisor and/or Project Leader on major initiatives and cross-functional programs such as projects that support Consumer Operations MBOs and drive the associated KPIs. Provides strategic and project execution leadership. Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates initiatives and programs. Determines priorities, schedules, plans and necessary resources to promote completion of any projects on schedule. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of consumer operations relevant products, systems, and processes. Provides cross-discipline direction and assistance to other teams regarding projects.
Solid track record of advancing business direction and strategies
Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity.
MBA or equivalent preferred
Lodging / hospitality industry experience is preferred
Experience in international business environment preferred
