Job Description: Washington and Lee University enjoys exemplary cross-functional collaboration where student mental health and wellbeing are concerned. In that regard, our University Counseling Center enjoys tremendous support from faculty, staff, students, and trustees devoted to a strong vision of student success and a healthy campus community.The University Counselor serves as a psychotherapist providing comprehensive mental health services to undergraduate and law students and contributes to the campus community in outward-facing, preventative ways. Works with a diverse student body treating undergraduate and law students presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns. Typical concerns include adjustment issues, mood and anxiety disorders
