Prepare the Bank’s asset/liability committee (ALCO) reporting package; develop and recommend appropriate interest rate risk management and balance sheet strategies consistent with the Bank’s policies and strategic plan; partner with product and sales departments to execute on ALCO strategies.
Maintain the interest rate risk simulation model (Vining Sparks) including all assumptions, modeling and analyzing results; ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies; present interest rate risk results in a clear and concise manner with detailed analysis of said results.
Develop and implement appropriate loan and deposit pricing decisions consistent with the Bank’s policies and strategic plan; develop and maintain all relationship pricing model (PrecisionLender) assumptions; maintain the deposit rate sheets; partner with the product departments to develop and govern the exception pricing process.
Partner with the product, sales and the data analytics departments to develop, implement and report on cross sell initiatives consistent with the Bank’s strategic plan.
Develop and implement appropriate liquidity risk management strategies consistent with the Bank’s policies and strategic plan; manage the Bank’s day-to-day liquidity position.
Manage the investment portfolio as directed by the ALCO; responsible for interfacing with the Bank’s investment advisors, and for front-to-end process of all purchase/sale transactions, pledging and safekeeping; provide support to the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) as related to investment functions
Execute the Bank’s historical and projected regulatory capital calculations; perform ad-hoc capital modeling on new products, strategies or acquisitions; develop into the subject matter expert for regulatory capital rules; manage capital issuance/redemption process.
Manage and direct the Bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) model; develop and recommend appropriate allocations to support the Bank’s strategic plan.
Maintain Corporate Treasury policies and procedures.
Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and regulators for all Corporate Treasury functions.
Manage correspondent bank and wholesale funding relationships.
Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field is required.
Master's Degree in Finance is preferred
5-7 years experience in a Finance role, preferred experience in Corporate Treasury at a financial services company is required.
1-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Financial and ERP systems
Strong financial background, with an understanding of overall business operations
Proficiency in financial analysis
Understanding of controls related to investing, reporting etc. to ensure finance team is compliant with SEC rules and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize problems, develop and implement solutions; highly motivated with a willingness to assume responsibility and take ownership
Must be able to work independently and with a team
Must possess a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work
Ability to respond and prioritize timely and effectively as well as decisive under pressure
Ability to develop professional relationships and influence peers and managers
