As one of our Client Relationship Associates, you'll assist Financial Advisors by providing administrative support to our high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and endowments nationwide. You'll provide personalized service for each client, while multitasking everything from handling calendars and expense reports to initiating client account openings and maintenance requests. Prior experience of providing customer service within a financial service sector and solid understanding of wealth management or trust business is ideal, since compliance with business processes and regulatory requirements is important for this role. Additionally, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where critical thinking and effective teamwork are essential for success.
