The Stanford GSB Career Management Center (CMC) has an opening for an Associate Director, Recruiting Relationship Manager. In this role, you will manage the relationship with hundreds of employers involved in recruiting at the GSB; the primary area of focus could be Finance and/or some other industries. You will partner with the appropriate student clubs and career advisors to identify companies of interest, establish relationships with them, and encourage them to recruit at the GSB. You will support employers in their (on-campus or virtual) recruiting activities such as company presentations and interviewing. You will participate in and help support CMC activities such as workshops and networking events.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Serve as the liaison between the GSB CMC and employers such as Goldman Sachs, Capital Group, and Accel.
Work in partnership with employers to develop recruiting strategies and assist in their hiring for full time jobs and internships.
Partner with the student clubs to provide weekly information regarding employer events, job opportunities and job listings; solicit input from the club on employers, functional areas and activities of interest.
Partner with career advisors on the industry team(s) for weekly meetings, updates, and plans.
Support all CMC daytime recruiting presentations and employer presentations, and some key evening presentations.
Conduct outreach to companies to build relationships with employers and source job opportunities.
Keep notes on Outreach meetings, activities, contacts and accounts up to date in the 12Twenty software platform

To be successful in this position, you will bring:
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Excellent customer / client service skills
Enthusiasm for serving students and working on a collaborative team
Ability to multitask well
Thorough followup and attention to detail
In addition, preferred requirements include:
Experience at the Stanford Graduate School of Business or in a career center in a higher education environment
Experience working with career center software platforms such as 12Twenty, GradLeaders, or Handshake
